While they have told me they cannot guarantee me the certain risks involved when it comes to the cross-contamination of gluten, they are one of the most accommodating restaurants I have ever eaten at. I have a gluten allergy so I worry when I try to order from places that sells GF items.
When asked to keep the cauliflower crust separated because it doesn't come with a tin like some of the gf crusts do, they have gone out of their way to cook it on a tray or foil while in the oven to keep it separate from the regular pizzas. The gluten free pizzas always come out super tasty, and I have not had any issues. Even their salads are some of the best I've had, they really take pride in their food by using the freshest ingredients. The cheeses they use in their salads are amazing and the meats in the antipasto salad practically melt in your mouth. Even my family enjoys their large pies. I thank you guys very much for being so polite and accommodating. I am grateful and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to find great food.
