The best pizza in Adelaide, with the best GLUTEN-FREE bases we've ever had - by a country mile!
We ordered for a group which had gluten-free and dairy-free eaters included, so had a few pizzas with vegan cheese and gluten-free bases. We forgot that we even had gluten-free pizzas in the mix, they were so good! The texture, flavour, and weight of these bases were absolutely spot-on. This is coming from someone who has no issues with gluten and usually wouldn't touch gluten-free bread with a long pole!
Michael mentioned that his passion is sourdough: we can confirm, as this is the best we've ever had - gluten and gluten-free.
They are also incredibly community-focused and support a local community centre in their work.
