This is the second time we’ve had Maritza’s, one was a catered event but this time we stopped in for a to go order. The pupusas and sides are delicious! They came out piping hot out of the kitchen where we watched them make it. It’s so common to eat out and the food isn’t prepared in house, it’s all brought in premade or out of a package. The passion fruit refresher was also yummy! A bonus for me was that most of their food is gluten free!
