Came here randomly driving past it. Great diner. Jim the server/bartender was awesome. I have celiac and there aren’t many of any other diners that can accommodate that. Which I’m sure is especially hard in a diner restaurant. Jim swore they could make GF orders and ensure no cross contamination. He said he would go in the kitchen and personally oversee the prep. Which I’m pretty sure he did. I actually waited two days to see if he was wrong. But I didn’t get sick or anything which absolutely confirms they can/did make GF food. Also, they have a small but good sized bar. I normally wouldn’t care about the bar. But the town I live in practically has no bars and no diners. So I will probably be back. Even though it’s about 30m away. It’s one of those diners you would actually eat dinner in. Not just breakfast options. That might only make sense to me but it’s a good thing.
