I highly recommend sticking with the basics here and letting the delicious, high-quality meat shine. The bread is also excellent, and for those with dietary needs, it's great to know they have gluten-free options available. If you're a true fan, you can even buy a whole slab of their smoked meat to take home, which is a fantastic option. Beyond the food, the staff are really nice, and there's plenty of parking in the area, making it an easy and enjoyable visit.
