Marnee Thai Restaurant

Food: I got the Kang Dang curry, and it was labeled medium spicy, but it gave my taste buds a run for their money! You buy the rice separately, with options for white or brown, but the brown looks like wild rice. My husband got a plate with scallops, shrimp, and curry, which was also delicious. Gluten free: At the time I went, the waitress said I can eat most anything except the chicken and duck. I understood that as any curry and From the Wok section, as well as noodle dishes. Basically, you have plenty of options! Service: The service was a little slow, but they were constantly doing something, so that's not really on them. Atmosphere: As soon as you walked in, the delicious aroma overwhelms and entices you! The music was a good level and the lighting was nice as well.

Wonderful food though apparently very restricted if you need to be Gluten Free and Dairy Free like me. I went with the Thai fried rice with pineapple and prawns. Generous portions - I had l leftovers to take home. Delicious! It is a small restaurant and I was amazed we were able to get a table for 12 of us on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. I got some bubble tea from a few doors down and the staff seemed fine with bringing in outside drinks.
