Mars Gluten Free Bakery

Absolutely delicious and 100% gluten-free! I’m so glad I found this bakery, everything from the breads to the pastries is made with care, and you’d never know it’s gluten-free. The texture, flavor, and freshness are all top-notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions about ingredients and allergies. It’s clear she takes cross-contamination seriously, which gives me peace of mind.

I purchased a gluten free, dairy free and vegan chocolate cake for my daughter’s baby shower. It was excellent! I have gluten and dairy allergies and I can’t recommend this cake enough! It’s so moist and the icing is so smooth and creamy. The first time I had this cake was for my son’s birthday. He has the same allergies as I do. I couldn’t wait to order it again, such a treat. I know I can order here for special occasions and the cake will be at hit every time! The communication with the owner is very timely and she keeps you informed every step. It was easy to order and pay. I highly recommend this bakery.

I would highly recommend Mars bakery. I recently ordered a cake and bread. I was looking for dairy free and gluten free. Now, generally my experience has been that such products are almost tasteless but not with Mars. There was no way....absolutely no way one could tell that the cake was gluten free, diary free and yet soooo delicious. The bread was gluten free and superb too! The baker has a gifted hand and very high quality standards - the packaging was great and she also added some cookies for us to try. This was the second time we ordered and we would certainly go again. Thank you so much Baker and we wish you all the best!!!
