Mary's Mountain Cookies

Very welcoming and friendly. The lady at the counter was super nice. She asked the boys “how do you like your cookies? Softer or crunchier?” I mean what! How’s that for a cookie shop!! Yummy cookie!! We got the gluten free cookie also; was really good. They also sell them at the “gondola “ at Winter Park.

We stumbled upon this place walking through Granby and I am glad we did! I am always wary of coming into bakeries like this, having two kids and a husband who must eat gluten-free, because there usually isn't an option for them. However, Mary's Mountain Cookies not only has a gluten-free "option", they have giant gluten-free cookies with texture and flavor (and price) to rival the gluten-full cookies! All five of us left excited by our choices, and we thoroughly enjoyed eating them over the rest of the day! The cookies are so huge, you can't really eat more than 1/4 to 1/2 at a time. 😄 We spend weeks up in Grand County each summer so I know we will be back!
