Mary's Vegetarian Café & BIstro

Mary is such a delight. This place is a wonderful gem here in Berkeley Springs. She has gluten free options which is what I need. The gluten free focaccia bread was fantastic. The Buddha Bowl didn’t disappoint either. Will definitely be back.

We stopped by Berkeley Springs a couple of weeks ago on a Monday. We hoped to grab a late lunch while we were there, and found that most restaurants were either closed for the day or had already closed after lunch. We found Mary’s Vegetarian Cafe, and Mary was super gracious and agreed to feed us even though she was about to lock up since her lunch service was over as well. Everything about our experience was phenomenal! Mary was so hospitable, kind, and welcoming. We had the Tuscan White Bean Soup and the Curry Chickpea Masala, both dishes exquisite and careful compositions. Mary also served a homemade, delicious gluten-free bread and the focaccia. We also ordered her spiced berry tea. We enjoyed every morsel of our lunch and look forward to our next meal here. I would highly recommend you try this gem for yourself!
