Thoroughly enjoyable trip even with the occasional heavy and light showers. All the staff were friendly, helpful and dedicated to making sure you enjoy it all. They give enough information to make it really interesting without overdoing it. Snacks were great (gluten free) and lunch afterwards for the VIP options was superb (also with Gluten Friendly selections which was much appreciated). Thank you for a lovely day!

The service was exceptional from the moment i rang to book my seat, I was given all the information I required to book the most appropriate seating and received service with a smile. When I arrived it was easy to find and i was directed where to go with ease. On board the guest experience agent was attentive and friendly and even asked me if I was enjoying the trip and in my company Able Retreats when im brining people with different abilities to their activities, I need to know the service will be on point. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was the cafe waitress wasn't sure if my meal was gluten free so i feel that the cafe should get up to speed with coeliacs and other allergies. Overall super impressed and will continually bring my respite guests back.
