They are fairly knowledgeable about gluten allergies and offer a gluten-free soy sauce.
A lot of the menu is not gluten free, but some of the rolls can leave sauces off (I'm a huge fan of the Blue mountain roll with gluten-free adjustments).
Great sake selection, but the wines leave something to be desired.
Probably my favorite sushi place in town.
They do fill up pretty quickly on the weekends, so if you have a time limit (like you are going to see a movie), you might consider a reservation if they're available.

Wow! The food is delicious. I have had Japanese food all over the US and I will be coming back to Masa Sushi Bar! I cannot eat gluten and they were very helpful and accommodating. I had the Cowboy roll and the Salmon skin salad. Both were prepared beautifully. Portions were ample, as well. Pleasant atmosphere in a well kept restaurant.
