This week the Masala Tree provided the food for a family event with over 20 people . Their attention to details - menu choices, portion sizes, etc. was perfect. Everyone had plenty to eat and the variety providing an extensive and diverse selection of East Indian cuisine. All the food was labelled so everyone knew their favourites. A number of family have dietary restrictions. Two were celiac and two were vegetarian. The Masala Tree was able to accommodate the restrictions providing a variety of options. The restrictions were also labelled on all the dishes. The food was delicious. Great East Indian cuisine.

We have ordered delivery from Masala Tree a few times and it is always delicious. The only downside I see is that this restaurant does not identify any food or allergy considerations on its website menu online or on delivery services such as Skip the Dishes. When we are deciding where to order takeout with gluten-free people in our party, we skip this restaurant because we would rather not risk it, though we have heard their sauces are most likely gluten free. Updating their menu online to show which dishes accomodate allergy or dietary considerations other than just vegetarian would be appreciated.
