My wife and I decided to have Mashita cater our welcome dinner for our wedding because we love their food, and they are very good about adjusting for allergies (particularly gluten). After we had our welcome dinner tasting meal, we realized that we wanted them to cater our wedding too. Spencer, the catering manager, and Chef Mikey were absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. They adjusted easily as we needed them to - adding items to our menu up until 2 weeks prior to our wedding weekend. We had our welcome dinner on the patio at Mashita, and it was a beautiful atmosphere to begin the celebrations. Our guests repeatedly said that the food was amazing. Even as complications arose, they made sure that everything still ran smoothly for both of our events. We are so grateful to Spencer, Chef Mikey, and the rest of the Mashita team!
