Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls

My first time here. Customer service was eh. Helpfulness eh eh . The lobster roll on gluten free bun was very good. I don’t have anything to compare it to because it was my first lobster roll ever, but it was good. Wasn’t very clean or welcoming in the dining area and the employees hid in the back when they weren’t making orders.

Spend your $80.00 meal for 2 somewhere else! The lobster is definitely frozen, and it was rubbery/tough and watery (how you can tell it is frozen along with no flavor!)...we ordered 2 Classic rolls, and they did not put mayo on them only some seasoning --- we were told when we got our food we could put it on ourselves with packets. They advertise gluten-free buns, which is one reason we went there, but did not have any. The tater tots were not cooked enough and were very bland. The service was meh, and lackadaisical...no Manager on Duty. Save yourselves and get some leadership in there to improve ambiance, energy, service, and food quality!
