The chef and server were very helpful BUT please know that they use the same waffle iron for GF and regular waffles. It also sounds like they normally use a shared griddle as well. The chef was able to accommodate my son (celiac) by using a different pan for pancakes, but I don’t think this is normally a safe spot for celiacs. It’s a shame because the food was delicious; I wish they’d invest in better precautions.

Gluten free Belgian waffle and gluten free fried chicken with maple bacon syrup. It was so amazing! I will get this every time I visit.
