I was sad to realize that on date night, my husband was able to order the pasta carbonara and newly gluten-free me wasn’t. This is arguably the best dish in Portsmouth. When I got there I was SO HAPPY to find out they can do the dish with GF pasta. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good and I was so pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. As good as I remembered it. Best GF pasta I’ve ever had. It’s the next day and I’m still thinking about it!
