Gluten-free and lactose-free ice cream. We went to this artisan ice cream shop and to say that the ice cream was sublime was an understatement. The ice cream is truly artisanal with little gum and rubbish to stabilize it (in fact it melts quickly). The medium cup is practically a meal. I tasted the flavor of the day goat's ricotta and strawberry tree honey and Sardinian nougat, both divine.
