Upon walking in, host table was set out as though someone would seat you, waited for a couple of minutes until catching bar staff attention to ask if we seat ourself. Found a booth straight away as it wasn't busy in the pub. Ordering is made simple by either order at the bar or on the app at your table. I'm gluten free so this was the main reason for eating here tonight, also remember how good the gluten free menu is from my time working as an assistant manager for the company.
Order put through on the app, I will admit there was some items not available but still a good selection to choose from, drinks took a while to come to the table, felt like going to the bar and pouring them myself as there was no other customers needing serving and no explanation as to why they were taking a long time. Two out of 3 drinks arrived with my latte having no sugar or spoon served, having to ask for these when my last drink was served.
Food arrived which was tasty and served hot by a young happy smiley server (Sam) who was very helpful and bubbly. He even did our check back no more than 2 minutes after food had been served.
We didn't order desserts as there wasn't much on the menu for gluten free.
We finished our drinks and left and was even given a pleasant farewell by Sam.
