One of the best restaurants in PC, and now one of our regular spots. There is no one who is more of a gem than our favorite server, Keiffer! Matilda's has incredible gluten free pizza, something not easy to find, and all of their dishes are flavorful and delicious. We especially loved getting to enjoy one of Paolo's cocktail specials the last time we were there, so would love to see more of his fun additions to the menu, too. So glad Matilda's is in PC!
