Matsuhisa Denver

We've been to Matsuhisa a handful of times and it's an amazing experience every single time. Ask for "THE EXPERIENCE" and I won't say anything else about it except for to trust your server and trust the chef. Literally cannot go wrong! It's hands down the best sushi and Japanese food you'll find anywhere. * we are also gluten free so they made every dish to meet our restriction which makes the dining experience that much better * 10/10

Great food. That's expected. What wasnt expected was the fine attention to detail by the staff. 8 people in our group and I ordered some tamari sauce since I am gluten free. The staff caught on immediately and whatever the group ordered, they informed me of what was safe to eat and what was not. If something wasn't GF, they brought a separate plate for me. I have never been catered to in a restaurant so well before. I was beyond impressed and will be back without a doubt. And yes the food is pure perfection!
