The menu doesn’t label GF but the staff is very knowledgeable and let us know what we could get. We were surprised how much we were able to have! California roll and soft shell crab roll were our favorites and the sashimi was to die for. They also had tamari for us. FYI we are not celiac and don’t have any issues with cross contamination so I can’t speak to how celiac friendly this place is.

We've been to Matsuhisa a handful of times and it's an amazing experience every single time.
Ask for "THE EXPERIENCE" and I won't say anything else about it except for to trust your server and trust the chef. Literally cannot go wrong! It's hands down the best sushi and Japanese food you'll find anywhere.
* we are also gluten free so they made every dish to meet our restriction which makes the dining experience that much better *
