I recently went to Matt's Burger Lab when I found out they could do gluten free burgers.
For a fast food style place, the service was very pleasant.
I ordered the Mushroom & Egg. It was fine. The onion and lettuce were a bit soggier than I would have hoped, and there wasn't as much of a taste of mushroom as I would have hoped (given the name). The smash patty was also a tad dry. I did think the gluten free bun was pretty good. Patty aside, the combination I ordered may not have been to my liking. However, the burger overall was good enough that I'm willing to give a different burger a try in the hopes that I will prefer it!
