It's not what you would call kombucha (lol)
It seems to be an evolved version of the black tea mushroom that was popular in the past. This is a vegan restaurant with a diverse menu. KOMBUCHA has an apple-like sour taste and is like a cider without alcohol, making it a very healthy drink. The gluten free lime tart was very delicious. Food is also abundant.
The atmosphere of the shop and the young people there have a slightly edgy feel to it, so it's probably a shop that vegan believers aspire to.
The location is difficult to find and the map is incorrect. The shop is on the right side of the road as you come down from the mountain. It's on the left as you walk towards the supermarket building and turn the right corner.
