Mavericks

The reason we went to this place is because my wife is a Celiac and called ahead to confirm that they could cook a meal that is totally gluten free. They did not disappoint. My wife had salmon, potatoes and vegetables and very much enjoyed her meal. Others with us had Ruben Sandwich, wings, Berger and fries and chicken fettuccine. Everyone at our table very much enjoyed our meals. Our server was good as well. Many thanks to the cooks for a job well done with a special thanks for the gluten free meal.

Visited Mavericks on a vacation week to Quebec City. We Googled Gluten Free restaurant and thankfully this place came up. I called ahead and spoke to Anna who was amazing and completely reassured me that they were very careful when dealing with allergies. My daughter who is celiac absolutely loved her food and the service and we all really enjoyed the food as well. My daughter had the gluten free (friendly) tacos. Anna was really great!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
