The room is overpriced.
Service is spotty, spotty. When I ordered, I didn't even get a chance to order a bottle of water along with my cappuccino because the waitress had already left. They say coffee, cake, and snacks are free (drinks cost extra, even though we paid €88). There's no choice except for a soup with way too much cream. No gluten-free rolls. It would be nice if there were alternatives and drinks were included, especially given the meager selection!
There's a mini pool outside (I don't like going outside in these temperatures when the water is lukewarm and the pool is half full). Otherwise, there's a mini pool inside, which is also completely overcrowded. Everyone is running around and doesn't seem to know where to go. There was way too much talking in the sauna, and there were no signs indicating that people weren't allowed to talk. A whirlpool is a MUST in such a huge facility! Unfortunately, they didn't have one.
The outdoor sauna is nice, and the restrooms were also super clean. Overall, the price-performance ratio is too high considering it's not even in the center.
