I came in Saturday night, in town from LA, Ciara was my server and made great recommendations based on my gluten allergy. If you’re ever in the area definitely try MAXIMÓN and don’t forget to ask for Ciara!

My bridesmaids and I dined here on Saturday to kick off my bachelorette party, and we had a fantastic experience! The decor was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved our server and felt well taken care of throughout the evening. When making the reservation, I made sure to note our special occasion and I also notified them of me being celiac and requiring gluten free options. They went above and beyond to accommodate and ensure that I felt safe with my meal. Pretty much everything on the menu can be made gluten free except for 2 things. They don't even offer the option of flour tortillas with their tacos, so everything comes with delicious corn tortillas. Their house margarita was one of the best I have ever had! They even offered me a complimentary dessert, their guava sorbet. It was a perfect way to end the meal. As we were wrapping things up, they had a live band start to play which only enhanced the ambiance. Thank you for making this such a memorable night and I highly recommend this restaurant to those requiring gluten free accommodations
