Most delicious pork chop I’ve ever had somehow- great mashed potatoes and collared greens as well. Pricey but worth the cost. Gluten free friendly!!

Traveled from NJ and enjoyed our first meal of the weekend at Maya. I chose the restaurant based on its hospitality in offering plenty of gluten-free options. We were ravenous after a 6 hour drive and Paul, our server, got appetizers and cocktails to us quickly (great pours by the way!), which we really appreciated. He had a great personality, adjusting the a/c, making accurate recommendations and generally was just a pleasant knowledgeable professional. The serving of gf oysters was really generous for $15. SUCH A TREAT. Baby back ribs, whipped and fingerling potatoes and collard greens were all delicious. The only dish that I would not order again was the roasted carrot appetizer…. The lemon ricotta needed salt to bring out its flavor. If the fried green tomatoes could be offered gf, that would be a home run. Paul really made the Maya experience. He’s perfectly suited to his position and we appreciated his attentiveness.
