Not gluten free. The pasta is all boiled in the same water and they refuse to boil new water for gluten free pasta. Rather than simply informing me when I ordered, I was instead grilled about my allergy - asked no less than 3 times if it was actually an allergy before the wait staff shared that it would not be safe. I was looking forward to trying one of the few self-reported gluten free spots near Monaco, instead I left quite frustrated. Why advertise yourself as gluten free if you're going to make people ill? Incredibly disappointing. Edit to add: I was informed of the lack of safe food after being asked repeatedly if it was actually an allergy. The fact remains the food here is unsafe despite advertising gluten free.

I'd say the gluten free pizza was amongst the "Top 3 Gluten Pizza Base" I have ever had! Definitely will come back if I am ever in the area :)
