This is a little hidden gem that is a must visit if you are in the Newark area. Everything is gluten and dairy free, but you never would know. The owner is very knowledgeable about her products and makes everything by hand, including grinding her own rice flour. If you have celiac or any special dietary needs this is your stop

DELICIOUS. A good variety of gluten free desserts and new ones added as she creates them. Her bread is soooo good, not like the bricks you get in the stores. Best gluten free food I've had.
