Mayte Sweets

What I love about this place? Well, thats easy! EVERYTHING!! Mayte herself is just the sweetest and always makes a point to chat with the customers and every once in a while I get lucky and shes tried something new that she will come out and share with whomever is there. I personally just love the Italian Tea Cookies as I am mostly gluten free (I have splurged and had a couple of deserts that weren't GF and they were amazing too). My friend DEVOURED 4 macaroons in short order yesterday and said they were delicious. The food is all made from scratch by Mayte herself and is a treat for the eyes and my belly! All the coffee drinks I have had were delicious as well. The other thing that I like about Mayte's is the nice relaxed atmosphere. Its kind of like taking a step back in time. If you want to meet a friend or colleague or just get some work done its the perfect place, lots of little nooks to hang out at and the music isnt blaring like it is in some places.

All the pastries and desserts are delicious & delightful......also there are gluten free options. Love this place..& great vibe
