Had to get the chicken salad there didn't know anything about gluten-free buns or breading.

Amazing customer service! i have celiac disease. The manager and key holder (sorry, i didnt ask their names) went above and beyond to make sure I didnt need to worry about cross contamination with gluten. i had called another mcalisters in concord and they said they can not and will not make anything special 😒
