All in all, not bad. The only gripe I have is the value or cost versus the food size/flavor. For the same amount of money, I know there are places that are the same or less expensive and offer quality that is better. I love iced tea and so I had several refills at the $4.00 price. The service was pretty good, but busy as it was lunch time. So, given that, I thought the staff did a good job. I’m not sure if all stores are priced the same as I was in a tourist area, where I would expect it to be priced higher. Also, being a vegetarian, I am very limited as to choices. My wife eats meat and she found her needed gluten free options. I only wish they had a bit more choices for me. I asked about removing the chicken from the $13 salad and was told that it would still cost the same whether with or without chicken. So, for the vast majority, you will like it. If you are picky about food or price sensitive, then you may find it not to your liking. One last thing is, I do know that their cookies are good. If you have a sweet tooth, grab one of those.
