Super disappointed today. I have been ordering Mcalisters catering for almost a decade. I have never had a negative experience at any location until today at Anderson. My catering order was missing the chili that I paid for. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until after my meeting had started. After the meeting I stopped back and request a credit for the $17.90 I paid for the chili. Unfortunately once an order is paid for it is no longer a Mcalisters problem. Instead of credit I was offered two VIP cards for free lunch. I have celiac and have never been able to dine here without getting sick. I order here because my teams love the food. I will never order from this location again. I may pull all of my business from Mcalisters. If you make a mistake, you fix it. I’m not asking for compensation just credit for what I paid for.

The Italian and the Reuben are amazing! I love they have gluten free bread and GF options! I eat there weekly!
