Had high hopes, but was disappointed. I as well as my son chose to eat here because of supposed gluten free options and both of us being Celiac that is a plus. . The ham and cheese on gluten free bread seemed to be handled ok as he did not get sick. The order taker did her best to understand his request, it seemed to fail with mine. I ordered a grilled chicken salad minus the croutons. My salad came with croutons on it.. I told them that I couldn't eat that and they would need to prepare another one. However, when it came back, naturally I scrutinized it and found tiny crumbs (obviously from croutons) mixed in salad. So lets just say it went uneaten. Lastly, after all that they forgot to give our drinks that we ordered. I at that time brought up that the salad was uneaten because it appeared that they just picked off the croutons. A young lady who might have been the manager said, no I dumped it and made another one (not likely). Then offered me free dessert (cake, cookies, etc). Clearly training needs to be made to staff when handling any customer with food limitations. Grant it their are no guarantees, but training makes mistakes less possible.
