McAlister's Deli

I haven't been here in quite a while and unfortunately its gone way downhill!! The yoing gal behind the counter randomly kept leaving the register to go get plates off other tables or to talk to other employees ... all as we were trying to order. She had ZERO idea of the menu or what gluten-free meant even after explaining it was an allergy. She didn't care or try to help. Went with a simple potato and soup... both were so disgusting! The restaurant was dirty, tables, seats and floor ... all needed a good wipe down. Sad to see another business go down hill from poorly managed, crappy customer service and dry food.

I took the family for lunch here while we were out and about. My wife ordered the tomato bisque because she has Celiac and there were very few gluten-free options. My wife did not like the tomato bisque and we brought it up to the staff who were super accommodating and very polite and courteous. She wanted a baked potato with cheese and bacon to replace it and they were more than happy to do so. The service at this location is phenomenal.
