First let me say I love McAlister's menu. We eat mcalister's at least once a week and many weekdays in between for their gluten free sandwiches and tea. However this is the worst location I've ever been to. I took over 45 minutes to get our food. They brought out two of our kids meals right away. After 30 minutes the other 3 were nowhere in sight. Turns out they weren't even working on them. We also told them the kids meals were missing cookies. They were just like "Yeah we don't have any of those made. "No offer to substitute them or anything. Nope you're just out of luck. We will be looking for a new place to eat our weekly Saturday lunch.
