Gluten Free bread available and was reassured it is fixed in a separate part of the kitchen on a separate grill. Although a little slow getting your food to you, each sandwich is created especially for each customer. Huge baked potatoes! Good staff. Ate there a week ago. Safe GF sandwich. Very thankful I can get GF in Vincennes!
