I had not been here in awhile, but love their salads and spuds. When I went to pick up the food, it took nearly 10 minutes to get any help. When I did get someone to speak to me, she was rude and not helpful. The order was wrong but the food was still good, so I decided to try ordering online. I thought it would reduce errors and make the process simpler. I was so glad to see gluten free bread options, because my daughter and I are allergic to wheat. We both ordered sandwiches, with a couple of add-ons. We got the food home and it did not have any of the customized options we ordered, but we ate them anyway. Then we got sick. I looked into their nutrition information and found that they do not have wheat-free breads in the types we were given. Instead of calling to confirm, or substituting the gluten free bread, they just made the standard sandwich. We were very ill; an allergy is not the same as a diet choice, and should not be treated lightly. We will never eat there again.
