McAlister's Deli

Terrible service almost every time I go in to have dinner. I guess I’m a gluten for punishment. If you decide to eat here, be prepared to endure a staff that is clueless, stuck in LaLa land and not thinking. Next, you will deal with managers that are aggravated that you would actually come into their facility to sit down and eat a meal. Yelling and talking to the staff in a loud tone. Please for the love of everything in this world please go ahead and pass this Mcallisters up and head to the Pearl location. This one should just be shut down. I’ve had enough. To the owners: please install cameras with microphones. Listen , watch, and make changes starting with management. The only one that actually cared to ask to help us get our food to us was Sebastian. Great job.
