MCALISTER'S menu board and cards clearly identify which dishes are gluten-free! And I was very pleased with this MCALISTER'S on N Kansas Expwy in Springfield MO, because the staff were very accommodating in communicating with my Deaf friend. No wonder this is one of her favorite restaurants!

Gabriel was amazing and patient; I cannot emphasize that enough. I had no idea gluten free breads were available for sandwiches!!!
