Disappointed in the gluten free bread. It fell apart. Gluten free sub buns would hold up better.

I went here expecting to just get a spud because of my gluten allergy, however I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they offer gluten free bread. They were very good about making sure they changed gloves to avoid cross contamination and the bread was delicious!
