Would love to see an update. In the sides that are served. Maybe a fresh salad. Even a fresh coleslaw with healthy dressings such as olive oil and vinegar along with other fresh vegetables, shaved carrots, radish and a few cranberries sweetened with apple juice. I know, it's hard to please everyone, but there are so many allergies that could be avoided such as using less dairy and gluten in preparation of food. Even the side of fresh sliced avocado drizzled with lemon juice would be a great side. I do appreciate your efforts and most of the time your meats are pretty good. Thank you for listening.
