McDevitt Taco Supply

We chose McDevitt Taco Supply for our wedding dinner buffet at SkyView in Estes Park, and could not have been happier!! We also rented flatware, plates, water glasses, and napkins through McDevitt (which they set up). The food was fresh, delicious, and high-quality, and the service was unparalleled - Mike worked our wedding and did a phenomenal job!! We had two people with specialized dietary requirements, and he went above and beyond to make sure they had a great (and safe) plate of food to enjoy. He also made sure our dessert buffet was set up even though they weren’t supplying our desserts!! Additionally, he made sure my mom felt reassured about everything which is a whole task in itself hahaha. I also really appreciated the apps that were set up in the bridal suite for us to enjoy before we joined cocktail hour - we needed a quiet moment but were also starving. Thank you Mike and Sean for everything - we could not have been happier with our wedding dinner and the service provided!!! The only thing I am sad about is that we had to give away our leftovers since we were leaving for our honeymoon the next day lol Here’s our menu - it was also super easy to accommodate veg, vegan, and gluten free diets: Stationary apps for cocktail hour: - chicken quesadillas - cactus salad bruschetta - fried pork belly - Chips and salsa bar + guacamole Tacos (included all the fixings): - slow roasted pork w pineapple - chicken and green chili - sweet potato and black bean Sides: - southwest garden salad - orzo salad Honestly I'm just waiting for an excuse to drive to Boulder to have McDevitt again and relive some of our wedding food!!

My partner and I had McDevitt Taco Supply cater our wedding, and BOY OH BOY are we glad we did!! My mouth is still watering just thinking about the perfect tacos, chips, salsa, CHURROS, lemonade, maté, and salad that we got to eat thanks to them. We reached out because we wanted our wedding to be entirely vegan and gluten free, and McDevitt came up while searching. Sean was kind, helpful, generous, and attentive from the very beginning. We had such a delightful time coming to their restaurant location for our tasting, and he and his team made us feel so pampered. He also let us come up for a second tasting because we wanted to try some of their newly added vegan items. On the day of the wedding, Sean and his team made sure everything went perfectly, and the food somehow tasted even better than it did at the restaurant. We had 200+ people at our wedding and his team was busy bustling about making everything go smoothly for the whole event, making everybody happy and full. The chips and salsa were our favourite part of the food experience (there's this one pineapple salsa that's the best salsa of all time), but EVERYTHING was amazing. The jackfruit BBQ taco, the sweet potato black bean taco, the impossible meat taco, the elote.... We also had a late night dance party snack of gluten free vegan churros that still make my tummy rumble to think of. Our wedding was perfect, and the only thing we agree that we wish could have been different is if we could have eaten more of this delicious food... I'm so glad that we can go to their restaurant location to eat more. Thank you Sean and McDevitt Taco Supply!

We hired McDevitt’s as our wedding caterer and had the most fabulous experience with them! They are the perfect place for someone who needs an option for everyone. We had meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and gluten free people and every single person was satiated. Sean was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the process of hiring them as our food vendor and I seriously can’t recommend them enough!
