McDonald's Berger

Ordered the gluten-free McFeast menu at DT. Back at E6 when I open the paper, I have received fried chicken. I can't eat this because of allergies. I call right away and speak to a nice guy who tells me I can come back for another burger. I explain that I am passing through and have no opportunity to turn around. I suggest they tip, or send me a gift card. They can't, but I can pop in and get my money back the next time I drive by. I said I lived far away and didn't know when it would be. Therefore giving one star due to a poor solution to the burger problem.

Ordered, among other things, a gluten-free mcfeast menu without onions on the way as we needed to buy something for dinner. Luckily I check the burger before we drive on and they have made the burger with onions, so we go in and complain. We get a new burger and also check this before we go on. They have also managed to put onions on this one + the gluten-free bread on this one is also frozen!! 🙄 Goes in once more and now demands the money back. This is WAY too bad, there really needs to be a better system to prevent cross-contamination between the different foods, and the employees really need to get a better introduction to this with food allergies and how incredibly important it is that they don't take, for example, onions on a burger it is specified that there should NOT be onions on it. I am really disappointed! This is too bad!
