GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS!!! After horrible experiences with customer service at local restaurants, we made the default decision to go here. It was very busy for a Monday night and confusing for ordering gluten free. Most people are ordering through the machines and then they get in line to pay in cash. I asked someone in line if they knew about gluten free and they kept telling me that I couldn't order at the counter, and I wasn't about to wait in a huge line. Unfortunately, the line soon died down, and after my friend had ordered their meal, I made another attempt to order. The Man behind the counter told me that I just ordered there if I need gluten-free. I asked about the fries and if it's a shared fryer, he said yes. I said okay then it's not gluten-free. He said "No, all of our fries are gluten free." I was shocked. It was very nice to be able to order a double cheeseburger for the first time in over a decade.
