McDonald's Torgalmenningen

Needed manned counter to be certain what I ordered was gluten free. The self service machines are hard to use for such. After 10min waiting with no service at the manned order counter I left. Disappointed, a feeling often reserved for after having eaten McD.

Totally ok food - pretty much the same as any other McDonalds. Delivered in good time, but... there was little carbonation in the soft drink, so I confront the service about this in a pleasant way. They say that there is nothing wrong with carbonation, and begin to explain why dispenser soda is less carbonated/perceived less than bottled soda. Finally, I ask if they can make a new one without ice cream, and it was ok. My daughter's plain gluten-free burger was loaded with onions, cheese, ketchup and mustard. When I speak up - they are a bit bored... It's perfectly fine for them to sort things out, but a smile and less discussion is preferable. Someone is having a bad day with bad vibes...
