McDonald's

We went to this McDonald's after arriving from a vacation. When I went in to order our food/drinks/ etc. I indicated to the person serving me that my daughter had Celiac Disease and that I really needed to ensure that her 'McFlurry' would be safe. The server, Errol, happened to be the Manager. He was BEYOND AMAZING. He took the time to make her McFlurry HIMSELF to ensure that she would be safe. I completely 110% appreciated his efforts, friendliness, and awareness of her allergy. I want to say, thank you Errol. If only all managers were like you!!! :-)

January 2022: location was recently renovated and looks fantastic inside. Breakfast was ordered for takeout; without the bread, to satisfy my Celiac disease and avoidance of gluten. Breakfast was presented on the platter with care and was delicious. Thumbs up to this McDonald's for being my favorite as I travel around Southern Ontario. June 2021: Walked into the restaurant found it to be clean and well-maintained use the kiosk to order my customized double cheeseburger. No bun extra pickles extra onions and three tomatoes. Having a problem with gluten because of my celiac disease is why I exclude the bread. It's always interesting to see how the staff working in the kitchen work with the ingredients they're given when it doesn't follow the standard recipe. You can tell when they make an effort like this restaurant did.
