In the future, if someone orders gluten-free food, make sure that they don't come into contact with anything that contains gluten, because afterwards the person will cramp.

They made my day with their gluten free double cheese burger and their air conditioning as it was 39 degrees outside. They also have table service. And the staff were very nice and helpful, even though they didn't speak that much English.
