McDonald's

Ordered via Uber Eats. Gluten-free burgers and fries. I was very afraid that they wouldn't see that I wanted gluten-free, but this turned out all right. A really good gluten-free hamburger (which is rare). All in all, really surprising for someone who doesn't eat gluten. Had no problems.

We visited on 25th July whilst on holiday, one cheese burger came without a burger (just a cheese sandwich with sauce). Had to exchange it but didn’t get an apology. My wife is a coeliac and was excited that she could finally eat a Macdonalds again as they do gluten free burgers. I think it’s a gluten free bun but there is no cross contamination controls as we lost a day of our holiday yesterday as she was in bed all day being sick and having diarherra. If they can’t remember to put a burger in a bun I’m pretty sure they know nothing about food allergies. A pigeon wandered round the restaurant while we were eating and then flew back out through the main door, no one tried to get it out. To top it off you have to pay 0.70c in there for the toilets by card but it wouldn’t accept our bank cards.
