The first time in my life. They served me a hamburger. Gluten-free. On buns. Shame on me for not opening it at the restaurant. I ordered it to go. In the bag. Gave it in a rough way. The fries spilled. And the hamburger. I'm attaching a photo. Terrible.

I just came with my niece, at least 15 people working, and we were two clients who had to wait for good will, the food was not like other times, my gluten-free burger was cold, that bread has to be heated well and the potatoes were also inedible half raw, a total break. I didn't expect 5-star service, it's a McDonald's, but I didn't expect them to serve me raw either.
