I had the gluten free burger. It comes in a plastic bag, I believe this is due to cross contamination. It’s not the greatest burger but it’s great that McDs provides a gluten free option. So if you’ve got to stay away from gluten, the bag makes sure there’s zero cross contamination. Duh! Ppl who order a gluten free burger and complain about the plastic bag don’t realize. For the price and convenience of being able to order a fast food burger gluten free, I give this place 4 stars. I believe all of McDs in Italy have this gluten free option. Note that this particular store is open 24 hours but is very busy. It’s across the street from Roma Termini.
